Artery, the business centre designed by renowned US architect Daniel Libeskind, has received two prestigious real estate awards.
At the annual Baltic Sea region real estate awards held in Poland, the Artery office complex was recognised for its advanced design and functionality and named the winner in the business centre development category. The competition attracted entries from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Finland.
According to Marius Žemaitis, Fund Manager at Lords LB Asset Management, the company behind the development of the business centre, the award demonstrates that the project stands out not only in Lithuania but also across a much broader geographical area.
“We are delighted to see Lithuania represented among the best real estate developments in the Baltic Sea region. This is important recognition for the entire team involved in creating this unique building and proof that architectural projects of an exceptionally high standard can be successfully delivered in Lithuania,” says Žemaitis.
At the Baltic Real Estate Awards, held for the tenth time in Vilnius, experts assessed residential, office, retail, industrial, hotel and conversion projects completed during the previous year. In the office category, the jury selected Artery, completed this year, as the winner. The business centre is regarded as one of the most architecturally sophisticated office buildings developed in the Baltic states over the past decade.
The 20,000 sq. m building incorporates a wide range of modern and innovative solutions, providing tenants with a high level of functionality and comfort.
Artery is already home to offices occupied by companies from various business sectors, as well as public areas featuring restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and service providers.
The project, representing an investment of more than EUR 90 million, is being developed by Lords LB Special Fund I Subfund A, a closed-ended real estate investment fund for informed investors managed by the investment management company Lords LB Asset Management.
