Occupancy at the Artery business centre in Vilnius has reached 98%. The latest lease agreement has been signed with technology company Neara Software, which will occupy approximately 450 sq. m of office space.
Over the past year, Artery’s tenant community has welcomed companies operating in finance, technology, investment management and other professional services.
According to Marius Žemaitis, Board Member at Lords LB Asset Management and Fund Manager of the fund managing Artery, the 98% occupancy rate shows that companies consider not only location when choosing an office, but also the quality of the building and its infrastructure.
Artery’s newest tenant is Neara Software, the Lithuanian arm of Australian technology company Neara.
Neara develops a digital twin platform for electricity networks, helping operators model infrastructure and plan investments more accurately. Its Vilnius team is primarily made up of engineers working with network operators worldwide, as well as artificial intelligence specialists.
“When choosing an office, location was a key consideration for us—not only convenient transport links, but also having everything we need during the working day within a few minutes’ reach. This means less time spent on everyday errands and more time for our clients and team,” says Vytautas Ozolinš, Head of Neara Software Lithuania.
Artery offers approximately 21,000 sq. m of space and is home to Visma Tech, Roche Lietuva, BMI Executive Institute, the Johnson Matthey service centre, URBO Bank, Citadele Bank’s Lithuanian branch, Inbank, Orion Securities, RATO Bank, Groa Capital, Watts Lithuania and other Lithuanian and international companies.
Artery was designed by Studio Libeskind, led by renowned US architect Daniel Libeskind, in collaboration with Lithuanian architecture firm Archinova. The A+ energy-efficiency class business centre has achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification.
