Artery, the striking business centre designed by Daniel Libeskind and located on the right bank of the River Neris, continues to attract new tenants. Three organisations have joined its growing business community: investment management company Groa Capital, Danish-owned IT services company Watts Lithuania, and the Vilnius District 7th Notary Office of notary Jurgita Šukienė.
Located in Vilnius’ central business district, Artery, managed by Lords LB Special Fund I Subfund A, is becoming an increasingly important hub for companies operating in finance, technology, professional services and other sectors.
According to Marius Žemaitis, Fund Manager and Board Member at Lords LB Asset Management, Artery provides an environment that meets the expectations of modern businesses.
“Companies value not only the building’s location and well-developed infrastructure, but also its quality, sustainable solutions and efficient office layouts,” says Žemaitis.
New tenants to occupy 1,015 sq. m
Artery’s tenant community continues to expand, with the latest lease agreements reflecting the continued appeal of Vilnius’ central business district.
The business centre’s financial sector community is being strengthened by Groa Capital, an investment management company managing commercial real estate funds across the Baltic States.
Watts Lithuania is another new addition to the community. The technology company specialises in software development and smart energy management solutions. As it expands its operations in Lithuania, the company plans to contribute to the development of the country’s sustainable business and innovation ecosystem.
The third lease agreement has been signed with the Vilnius District 7th Notary Office of notary Jurgita Šukienė, which will soon move into Artery and begin providing services to clients from its newly fitted-out premises.
Together, the three new tenants are expected to occupy a total of 1,015 sq. m of space.
Available office space filling up quickly
The approximately 21,000 sq. m Artery business centre is already home to Visma Tech, URBO Bank, Roche Lietuva, BMI Executive Institute, the Johnson Matthey service centre and other Lithuanian and international companies.
This year, Artery is also set to welcome the Lithuanian branch of Citadele Bank, including its office and customer service centre, as well as the Lithuanian branch office of fintech company Inbank. In March, a lease agreement with investment services company Orion Securities was also announced.
The building’s top floor – the 20th – is now fully leased, while office space is still available on the 19th floor.
Located in one of Vilnius’ most active business districts, the A+ energy efficiency class business centre has achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification under the international sustainability assessment standard.
In addition to efficiently planned office space, Artery offers tenants underground parking with electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle and scooter storage, showers and changing rooms, as well as shared spaces with panoramic views across Vilnius. The complex also benefits from a convenient location, strong public transport connections and a well-developed network of nearby services.
